Essentials is a hands-on mini skills class for learners of all ages! The class includes real-life practice of the Heimlich maneuver using the Act+Fast training vest, plus a step-by-step build-up of CPR skills for adults, children, and infants, and familiarization of AEDs. This class is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and kids themselves!
